Creative Global was launched in 2015 in Cardiff-by-the-Sea, California. The firm serves as legal counsel to artists, athletes, entrepreneurs and corporations in their business endeavors by drafting and negotiating contracts and licenses, handling trademark and copyright filings, and executing entity formations.

The firm‘s principal attorney, Trisha Hilder, received a degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and a Juris Doctorate degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu.

Trisha‘s passion for law combined with creativity was cemented during law school while interning in the Business Affairs department at MGM Studios where she analyzed name and likeness licensing rights of actors and actresses, and during her time on the studio lot at Sony Pictures Entertainment in their International Television Production legal department reviewing licensing agreements for underlying television show formats.

Upon passing the California bar exam, Trisha worked as an in-house lawyer for various companies in San Diego, including at Sony Electronics Inc. as one of their in-house corporate attorneys at their U.S. headquarters in Rancho Bernardo. At Sony, she worked closely with internal business teams reviewing, drafting and negotiating their commercial agreements including, software licensing, cloud computing, distribution, and marketing agreements. She was then hired by DexCom, an innovative medical device company, as their Corporate Counsel where she collaborated closely with research and development, the software team, operations and the clinical trial team to draft and negotiate a vast array of complex contracts including clinical trial agreements, licensing, manufacturing, and technology agreements.

Trisha uses her strong corporate background to serve her clients at Creative Global.
